Where is data processed?
Within the European Union. Storage and processing take place at European suppliers; data does not leave the EU.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your conversations, case files and documents are not used to train models, not by us and not by our suppliers.
Who can access a case file?
Only the people you designate. Access is per role and per case file, and every action is recorded.
What about human review?
Wilson always delivers a draft. A document only becomes final after the professional has reviewed and approved it.
How do you handle sensitive personal data?
